It’s important to note that most turmeric supplements will contain black pepper (piperine) to improve nutrient absorption. Turmeric is known to have poor bioavailability, and piperine helps overcome this problem by improving absorption by nearly 20 times.

Besides piperine, your supplement also needs an ingredient called AstraGin, which enhances turmeric uptake by another 92% while supporting digestion.
